KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 804d92c2, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: b74d4c88, Trap Frame
Arg4: 00000000

I'd say if you can't get into the normal mode at all - try safe mode and run system restore. If that doesn't work, .......................ERD Commander

Do you have more then 1 stick of Ram in your computer? If yes are you able to remove 1 stick of ram then restart and see what happens. If it still happens then try the other stick of ram.
OR
you can try prime95 and run it on the tortue test and see if it comes up with a ram failure
prime95
This is a freeware download so the choice to use it is up to you.
or run memtest
Memtest

F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\regedit /s C:\pav.reg,C:\WINDOWS\system32\pavdr.exe,C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,

this line is exceedingly odd

is it something you know to be unique to your computer's configuration?

if not, please locate C:\pav.reg, and paste the contents into a reply here (right click the file and selet edit to see the contents), and submit pavdr.exe to http://virusscan.jotti.org and report back with the results

(P.S. sorry to phillipecr for jumping in, but I smell a virus... )

HJT is also unable to obtain an IE version, which feels like system file corruption

the pav.reg content is
(open using Notepad)

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]

"New.net Startup"=-

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\New.net]

i scan the file with the link u recomand, no virus found.

So u think reinstall (overlapping) the windows would be ok?

For display card, i think i can lend it from my fwen. Oh ya, do u think would be the graphic card overheating or something?
