Exporting PMMail into Outlook

Hi Everyone,

I need help please. :-) I have PMmail, I would like to "Copy" my emails from PMmail into Microsoft Outlook. Do you know if there is a way to do this? I don't want to delete the emails from PMmail, I'd like to have them in both places for now, but I would like to find a way to get a copy of those emails from PMmail into Outlook and start using Outlook.
