Can someone please help me with the steps needed to remove a blasted spyware on my computer? Find enclosed my HJT log file. Thanks in advance for all your help!

I have followed the steps using Ad-aware, Trojan Horse Scanner, and AVG.

Run Hijackthis. Click on "Open the Misc Tools section". Next click on "Open uninstall manager".
Press the button 'save list'. It will open a Notepad file. Place the content of that file here in your in your next post.

Please go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and uninstall this program.
