hello , whats the difference between a Intel and AMD processor as im stuck and very confused about it

there is no hard and fast rule and it changes with each round of processor updates.

rule of thumb
amd, cheaper, better for gaming, hotter

intel, more expensive, better for certain data crunching apps (especially video editing), run a little cooler, the mobile solution (notebooks) is for now superior
