I ran a file cleanup utility (McAfee Quickclean) and subsequently lost the majority of my start/programs items.Could someone offer a workaround.I could system restore,but everything otherwise is working great and I would prefer to keep it this way.

since those are merely shortcuts anyway, you could rebuilt them manually by draggng shortcuts on to the start menu, right clicking and choose PIN, or opening a folder and doing it in a more methodic way (right click start menu, choose EXPLORE (note: not explore all users)
