Nice, starjax, I was wondering when someone would bring up TCPA.

There's an entire thread devoted to it in the Vista forums, all, if you're interested in reading.

It will:

A) Severly limit spyware's ability to install
B) Severly limit our ability to get rid of the stuff that manages to get on.

I'd suggest reading up on it.
