Hi. 2nd time user, I knew I'd be back :tazz: When connecting my iPod to the USB drive, the computer displays a message stating it can't send music to the iPod and the software needs reinstalled. Uninstall gives this message: Internal failure. Error #0x80040707. Access denied. Can't reload the program as it won't reinstall. Apple tells me it is a windows problem. I don't have the faintest clue as to where to start? Do you? Thanks for the help in advance!! montanaro70

Sorry for the delay. When I attempted to download the latest version, an icon popped on the arrow indicating the download was blocked. i checked my security settings and wasn't really sure what I was looking at, or whether they were set to block. I just couldn't download from that page. Any suggestions? thanks
