I just added a WAV file for my background music in Frontpage by going to page properties, then directed it..... It plays when I view it in my browser but not when I load my page up. WHat is Wrong?????

You might have put the wrong url. For example, you had the wav files in a folder on your hard drive, and put the link as folder/music.wav and when you uploaded it, you uploaded everything to the root drive (or vice versa). The music can't be found therefore won't play. If that's the situation, all you need to do is change the url. If not, then I have no idea.
