Hi! I've followed all the instructions it says in the sticky, and I'm still having problems. On startup, my computer runs very, very slowly. It takes several minutes to get from the Welcome screen to my desktop when it's finished loading everything. Even after this, it will go slowly the first time I open something or try to open the start menu.
It has only recently started doing this.

Forgot to add, there were two errors with HiJackThis when I first ran it, but they must not have been too terrible as it kept going... Then I ran Spybot S&D because I forgot to, and when I ran HiJackThis again, the errors didn't come up. So... *shrug* Don't know if it means anything. (Sorry, I don't have what the errors said, exactly.)
