Recently I reïnstalled Windows XP (yesterday). Now i'm trying to listen to some music, but I can't. All my sound is gone?! When I go to all the hardware it's like this:

Yellow Question Mark - Multimedia Audio Controller

When I click on it, it sais it needs drivers. But I don't know where to get those or why it suddenly hasn't got them anymore.

All the other times when I reïnstalled windows XP it was just fine.

Sorry for crappy English, I'm dutch

Kind regards,
Orkie

Download Everest Home Edition here

Everest Home Edition

Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary

Look on right for multimedia / audio adapter

Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable driver for your Operating System

If you are unable to find it, please post the make and model here before you download anything
