I´m following your instructions and I´ve arrived to the step where we should install xp sp2. I saw on the windows site that there exists a service pack 1a. I allready have sp1 installed, should I install sp1a over sp1 and then install sp2 or no need for that? They also give instructions but I guess that your´s are enough(?) :tazz:

If you already have SP1 installed then we can help you. Don't install SP2 until you are sure that you are clean of malware.

Please visit this page and scroll down to Step 5. Follow the instructions there to download a tool called Hijackthis and post a log here as a reply to this post.
