Explorer shuts down with the following error message every five minutes or so.

error signature
iexplore.exe
000bfd97
6.0.2900.2180
mshtml.dll

Microsoft support says that SP2 has a fix to sort this out. I have installed SP2
but it still happens

Any ideas please
