I have read the requirements for posting hijack this log. I did have avg antivirus but just deleted it two days ago because of so many problems with computer. It keeps shutting down while I'm in the middle of something and restarts itself or sometimes I have to manually restart. I am not computer savvy so please help and give me simple instructions!

I am scared of reformatting because a tech person "helped" me wipe everything off computer a year ago when he was instructing me to reinstall os.
