i appreciate the help, and i followed instructions per unsubscribing, but still, i get 100's of emails from you. i want to discontinue whatever i subscribed to, help?

Hi Sultanmad

click on My Controls on the top right of the board, then select View Topics on the left hand side of the control panel. This will bring a list of all topics you are subscribed to. Put a check mark in the box next to each one, then at the bottom of the table, click on Unsubscribe.

That should sort the problem out, if not, post back here.
