Computer Freezes (Windows Me)

My computer frooze on me many times. Each time, I get a message to restore my active desktop and when I go to click on the button my computer freezes (all the time). My computer also freezes all the time when I try to scan my computer with AVG7(again when I click on the "scan computer" button. I ran Hijack This and the log is below. Please help. Thanks
P.S. My computer is a pain in the arse.
