Why do I wait days for a reply about "Adyieldmanager", when I see 4 new members who joined today and got 12 replies within an hour about the same subject--"Adyieldmanager"? I thought you said, be patient, we look for the posts that are the oldest, with "zero" replies first..... So I go back and edit my post so it might sound more interesting, boy do I feel dumb! This really doesn't encourage donations.

Seeya when I seeya..

Well first off we apologise for the time delay and the helper whom that had helped the member and also the member himself might have been online at the same time? That way it is almost like live chat. So I beleive it was coincedence?

In addition to what Game Freak said, different staffers have different specialties. Some of the staffers are the staffers work on the anti malware programs, so they look for new items so they can imporve their program.

Also, it is possible that those users were being helped in live chat, and were posting their logs there as directed by staff members helping them.

If it has been more than three days since you posted your HiJack This log, you can go to here and follow the directions there.

I've read posts about people who did not receive a reply for 10 days or more. Why, then, are there so many people who join today, and get a reply immediately? There are a lot of ads concerning "Adyieldmanager". But I am the ONLY person who has not had a reply concerning that topic. I have been through the whole post list several times daily, just checking. What's the deal? Do you want money first? Just say so. I complained once, got a real nice appology, but no action. What am I missing?

This is simply NOT completely correct. If you do a search for all open topics with zero replies...you'll see the sheer number of threads we haven't gotten to yet. NO one on this site gets paid, nor do any of us receive many donations.

Every one of us has a different method in choosing new logs. Some choose only new posts, some only choose old ones, some choose only certain infections. We all do the best we can, and work as fast as we can while still doing QUALITY work.

Please remember, all of us are volunteers, and we all also have lives outside of this forum.

Just to clarify, the help you receive here is always free. If after you've been helped, you chose to donate to the person that helped, surely they appreciate it. However, it's not a condition of receiving help, and those that donate don't get any special priority.

I apologize for getting a little steamed. I have had a little more spare time lately to stroll thru various threads and learn more about this site. I had misunderstood it's purpose from the very start. Please accept my apology for not exercising more patience. :tazz:

OK, I screwed up. I shoulda been more patient. I'm sorry. It was like I was standing in line to buy tickets for a ball game and a bunch of people kept cutting in line way up ahead of me, getting front row seats and well, I'm sorry.
