I have done everything i can think of to fix this problem. When i restart my laptop i get a "value creation at line 422 failed" its a popup before the screen for the main page comes online. Sometimes if i click it enough windows will finally load but its HORRIBLY slow. I am running Microsoft Antivirus Software Beta version and it found nothing as well as ran a scan of ure software and it had found nothing i dont know what to do please help.
