Java Data1.cab problem

I can't get Java to install on my computers. I am downloading java (offline install) from work and saving it to memory stick. When I try to install it on my computer, it goes almost until the installation is done and then says Data1.cab is corrupt.

I have tried downloading it 3 times and it has done the same thing. Anyone have any idead?
