I have located the file I need to rid my system of this trojan which takes over my pc every time I shut my browser and dumps up to 30 web pages on my screen: the file is C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\EDSRXYMG. When I try to delete the folder I am told that Access is denied. How is it possible to gain access to delete this?

I have run Hijack This, Housecall, Moosoft and others but none seems to touch it.

Thank you for this. I have finally got rid of it by opening Task Manager, ending process and deleting folder from the system....oh so simple when you think about it!! Thank you anyway
