My friend gave me a computer and the startup scren reads "Windows 95." It asks to boot from the A drive. I put in a universal boot diskette and then I get this error message: RUNTIME ERROR 200 AT 064E:0091.

I can't tell you more details about the system except that it's an IBM with 128 MB RAM and ought to be at least a pentium chip. There is a microsoft label claiming ME on the back but yet the startup read Windows 95.

It has a Celeron chip and the Intel chip on the motherboard reads "cr 98"

You can get a Win95 boot disk from here: http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

Were you given the original Win95 Installation CD?
