All have faviourite websites. One which I visit, and only this one, among the many, has started attracting a pop up flag which appears every 5 minutes. It appears as follows>>>>

Security Alert!
Windows has blocked this software because it cannot verify the publisher.
Name: swflash.cab.

I am not given an option, either to ''accept'' or ''reject'' or to action at all. To clear I have to click o.k., and that is the only choice I am given. On this particular web site it has becme the proverbial pain in the ....... :tazz:

Any help to rid it would be appreciated. The web site promoters have no knowledge about it.

Do you use Firefox?

Edit: also, I would suggest using Spybot and Adaware if you don't already do so.

The prob. only happens on a particular web-site. which I visit. A debating site wher a flamesuit is required. I was wondering if someone is trying to keep me away. If I kept away that would be the end of it.

If you can help that would be appreciated. But it is not a major issue.

Looking forward to hear what you think about the log.

dageekz....before you start saying that everyone should switch to firefox...remember that it cannot open all pages...some pages are not formatted in such a way for firefox to work...just keep that in mind
