[I] Pease help a damzel in distress! I cannot close web pages by the cross in the corner, i can how ever close pop ups by the cross! i can only write names, subject in an email and it doesnt allow me to write a message. i also cannot download things like kazaalite! i havent got a clue about pcs, ive got "panda anti virus" not sure if there is anything else!!!!! please please help me or im gunna cry xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello Butterwontmelt, tell us a little about your system. what OS are you using and How much memory, what computer. First if you try using cntrl F4 to close top window let us know if this works. Do A google search for ' Spybot S&D' install it search for updates then run it. Let it fix everything it finds. Next Get 'Adaware' do the same thing let it fix everything it finds. This will clean out most of the junk and make your HJT Log a little smaller and easier to read. Post your HJT log here and We can look at it. DO NOT FIX ANYTHIG IN HJT until someone tells you, as the admin said most of what it finds is Ok or even essential.
