I have read some discussions about WinFix 2005 in the past 2 days, and even saw some remedies (which is extremely confusing to me). I 'removed' it from my add/remove directory but the thing keeps coming back harassing the heck out of me whenever I log on, reboot and/or going online. It even has the adasity to bring other whatevers with it.
I am an extreme amature, knowing little about these fixes. Does anyone have a simple cure for this?

Please follow the instructions in this thread. You may still have winfixer after following those steps, regardless - please post a hijackthis log after you've done everything listed on that thread.
