After tons of problems we are at least back on the internet.....
Problems still faced...
1. Very slow
2. p2esock_1012 error
3. On start up two user accounts display the hidden files list

Why does svchost.exe run 3 or more times as a process.....

In addition we now have a pop up warning us that we may be infected...
This one looks good enough to believe it is genuine.....
