Hi guys!

my control panel freezes up and im not able to use any new program because of windows firewall it wont let me disable it or change anything about it (Rundll error says firewall.cpl is missing) and when i check it, it is still there add hardware wizard is still there but i cant use that either.
Read about another guy who had his Control panel freeze and it was because of QooLogic im not sure what it is but sometimes in certain folders and the control panel its very slow and there has to be something
