Having a problem with several issues. I've already done everything that was listed in the "You must read this before posting a Hijackthis log".

Neither Norton AV, nor Trend Housecall's online scan found any viruses.

Symptoms: Something periodically turns off NAV. I installed ZoneAlarm, and overnight, something configured it to allow all programs to access the internet, and several were allowed to act as a server. Windows appears as a new install everytime it boots; wallpaper is reset, icons on the desktop are reset. It is as if someone is doing a restore operation at each reboot. In addition, if left connected to the internet overnight, many new spyware programs may show up when scanned with Adaware and Spybot - some spyware shows up after being cleaned, then rebooted. CWShredder found no infection.

Thanks in advance.

Here is my Hijackthis log:

Hi po246, welcome to GeeksToGo

Please download LQfix.exe and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-Click LQfix.exe and click Next > Next > Install.
  • Leave the default settings, if you change them, the fix will Fail!
  • Now make sure the "Launch LQfix" box is checked.
  • Click the Finish button, after clicking the Finish button the fix will start.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts.
  • Your system will now reboot afterwards.
  • Please be patient after the reboot, there is a script running in the background that needs to complete.
Once that is done, download and run this removal tool.

After that, post a new HijackThis log.
