I downloaded DOD and now I cant seem to use it? I copied the iso file onto a plain CD, But it still does not catch it on Boot-up or reboot? Can someone please help on usng DOD?

Post the make and model if you cannot locate it

Wait um I downloaded DOD from www.download.com and it does something similar to KillDisk. What do you mean by 'Most hard drive manufacturers have this for download' and by the way I just copied the iso. file to a CD!

Most hard drive manufacturers have a disc utility which you can use to write zeros to the drive, removing all data and files

That is where I got it and please read attachment! Those are instructions but still they dont work! And also it says to attach one iso file but theres two!

I would go with the Manufacturers utility if you are going to format, then set the partitions as part of installing XP

OR

Are you wanting to add partitions to an existing install you want to keep

I was told of DOD by BC Forums and I wanted to delete everything on my HDD and start fresh then the moderators told me to use DOD I did download it but I cant seem to get it working?

I had a OS then I used KilllDisk (also advised by BC Forums) But it did only one pass low security! And that was not good!
