Now, I want to upgrade my video card and my ram, I want to be able to run some things at the best possible performace and quality.

Now here is where you guys come in, I would like to spend no more than 200 or so bucks on a video card (I know thats a bit cheap but come on, I'm not rich =P)
and ram isn't that expensive, really only need another 512 stick I think.

Anyways, please help me out here..

Some sites you could check out for me would be.
www.dealsdirect.ca
www.robotnik.com
www.mysterybyte.com

They deal in Canada, and I live in Nova Scotia Canada.. have a [bleep] job, but like my PC haha, thanks for the help I am about to recieve in advance!

Thanks again!

P.S.
Oh, and a new motherboard might be nice, nothing to expensive though lol, the one I have was 100 bucks.

kind of a sprawling, wandering post there, friend.

First, you only have two RAM slots, and given the amount you have, I am betting you have a 512 stick and 256 mb stick--so you have to throw one out to add more.

Given that, I would sit tight on the RAM--that should be enough.

Given your funds, I'd target the ATI Sapphire Radeon 9800 PRO AGP 128MB OEM card....

Is 256mb cards better in ways than a 128mb?

And did you find that card on one of the sites I suggested?

found this one, its kind of similar..

SAPPHIRE RADEON 9600XT 256M DUAL (LITE)

hows that one hold up to the one you suggested?
