I would appreciate anyone who could help me give me a set of instructions and a program in order to work out that my pc is running at its best. Any information would be very grateful.

Posting in the Malware forum if you have malware would be a very good idea.

Reading Easy Xp Tweak Second Edition would also make you computer faster and more how you what it.
