can't open lexmark photo center

keep getting error message says the instruction at 0x77F580db ref memoru at oxo697274 the memory could not be written what the heck is this i would really like to get this going please help :

I suggest that you download and install the lastest software for your Lexmark printer and see if that solves your problem.
