Hi,

I just upgraded my XP Home to SP2. I am facing a problem as everytime I boot I get an error message saying that usrbridg.exe has caused a problem.

Also my system has become slow after the upgrade to SP2.

Please if somebody could help.

Thanks

Maybe you should post a malware log? Obliviously it is a .exe file and they can be very very dangerous! So yeah to be on the safe side post a HJT log in the Malware Removal Forum!

Hi,

The site that you suggested was not much of a help. Maybe the solution is there but I am unable to locate it.

Please could you suggest something else.

Also my computer has been erratic. The CPU usage is shown as 100%. Could there be any other problem besides usrbridg.exe?

Warm regards,
