Service Pack 2 fails to install with an error message stating it can't access a certain file because I do not have sufficent permission. I am logged in as the administrator and have full rights to everything. Any clue why this fails and gives that message?

Are you trying this from Office Update or Microsoft Update

Office Update should give the option to look for larger files which should not require the installation CD's

Microsoft Update tends to download the larger file anyway
