Got hooked up with DSL about a week ago, first several days everything (IE, P2P networks etc) ran fine, now I have to reload pages several times before they'll load properly, and my P2P seems to be less responsive as well. Thought IE just may have farted out, so I tried Opera 8, same problems...

I ran all my anti spyware/malware (Spybot, AdAware, Microsoft Anti Spyware) and had no apparent problems, any suggestions?
