Hi there,
I'm haveing a problem with my DVD drive.. When I go to play a DVD its wont work. I have tried different DVD playing programs and they dont work. When I play it on Windows Media Player it says

"Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because a compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer."

One of the other programs I have tryed to play it on is PowerDVD and it says

"Error Code: 80900004. ASPI for Windows is not available."

When I click the details for it it says

"Only a 32-bit CD-ROM driver is supported.Please make sure a 32-bit CD-ROM driver is installed."

If any one could be of any help with this problem it would be great. :tazz:
Thanks..

What are the names of the 'other programs' that you have used to try to play it?

And if you go to MY COMPUTER and right click on the DVD drive and click on EXPLORE, does it show the data inside the DVD?
