Ive been having problems with my msn email accts. for about 4 days. When I removed the acct. info and tried to restore the accts., the MSN installation tells me that there is a problem. It says that I've been disconnected from the internet (when I haven't). Verizon nor MSN can help other than to say that something is preventing the wizard from acessing the internet.
here is my log file

I'm at my wits end, any and all help wil be greatly appreciated. One more thing, when I try to remove msn thru the control panels add & remove programs, the same wizard comes up so I can't remove it either.
