HI:
I am trying to install my Conexant pci modem on my win98 its written on the chipset that its RH56d-pci R6795-2. I found a driver on the internet that suppose to belong to this modem, but after intalling it, I found 2 new added devices in the device manager.
Generic PCI Modem Enumerator and HCF PCI Modem. First I thought its normal, but when I try to dial a connection, it gives me faild to connect to remote computer.Unable to establish a connection.
Did I install the wrong driver or is there any kind of conflict, or whats the problem?
Need help ASAP, and Thanks in advance for your help. :tazz:
