Hey guys, i'm new to this forum and i'm desperately seeking help. Spy sheriff stealth installed on my system, i used ad aware to get rid of it along with search and destroy. I still have a feeling there's spyware on my system, something hijacked my desktop. It says warning, you're system is infected blah blah. IE crashes a lot so it's hard to get on the net. Anyways, i really hope someone out there can help me out. I downloaded hijackthis and ran it, here's the log:

I really hope there's no personal info in there, lol. I can't make much sense out of it, i know some stuff, but not all. If possibly someone could explain some of the malware stuff on there to me, that'd be great. If nothing is out of the ordinary then i dunno what to do....

Thanks in advance!
