My Buddy Won't leave me alone!

I have Buddy.exe. It just stays there! It doesn't seem to be causing me much problem, but having looked around, it seems to be a spyware, browser habbits logger etc. Now like i say, i haven't had that many problems with it, but it just KEEPS coming back! What else is it related to? Does anyone know where to get rid of the other file(s) which must be there?
Will post HJT log if required
