I stupidly downloaded some malware through a fake aim message and now my computer is
1) occasionally sending the same aim message to other people on my buddy list
2) having some sort of device driver problem
3) saying it doesn't have a codec that it used to have
4) giving me a blue screen of death that flashes for about a second and then restarts the computer

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
