bf2 crashes at game startup?!

hey everyone at G T G i am having trouble ! ihave used all the tools u suggested yet when i try to play battlefeild 2 online it crashes everytime the game is about to start

irecently switched to ADSL from D up, i had no trouble playing single player with dial up (coonnection to slow 4 multi) ---ALSO--- my computer is making a "BEEP BEEP BEEP " noise when the game is loading? I have noticed a WHITE BAR scrolls quickly across the screen at startup of late(is this related) Any help hints or assisstance would be greatly appreciated :tazz:
