Recycle bin not working

everyhitng i move to my recycle bin does not go there, and just automatically clears from my computer anyone know whats causing this???

as u can see there isnt 52 items there and ive got it showing all hidden files

its already unticked, it always says theres 52 itmes in there

Damaged Recycled Folder
The Recycled folder itself can become damaged. Files are moved to the folder and the Recycle Bin on the desktop appears full, but you cannot view the contents and the Empty The Recycle Bin command is unavailable. Deleting this folder and restarting Windows will re-create this folder and restore functionality:

1. Restart to a command prompt.

2. Type attrib -s -h recycled.

3. Type del recycled.

4. Restart the computer

Look at number 64 on right, click replace repair recycle bin in XP

click open and confirm you want to add it, reboot

it just comes to a page woth alot of numbers, do i need a program

Look at number 64

On the right is repair / replace recycle bin

Click that and you get a file, click open then confirm you want to add it

Reboot

i dont get a comfirm page it just comes up on my browser as a bunch of numbers

Click the link, left click the address so it goes blue, click edit then copy

dont worry man, i got it and ran it rebooted and still didnt fix the problem

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace the system files, you need the XP CD and get a blue progress bar, reboot when the bar goes

i did that beofre and i didnt need the disk for some reason
