cannot find file C:\WINDOWS\system32\lexbces.s32

I get this message every time I turn on or log on to my desktop. My Lexmark printer is utterly unrecognized. The PC with this issue is a new purchase in March; I used PC Relocator to move programs from old to new. Any ideas on a resolution that dosn't involve reimaging? Is the lost file related only to a Lexmark printer ("...lexbces.s32")? I would appreciate any and all help with this as I am a graduate student (my wife is an undergrad) and we need to produce documents frequently. Thanks in advance,

Try reinstalling the software/drivers for your lexmark printer, which you can find at the Lexmark site.

Use add / remove to uninstall the lexmark software

Go to control panel, printers, uninstall the printer

Disconnect the printer from the PC

Go to lexmark

Download the drivers for your model of printer

Connect the printer when prompted
