RCM File?

Hello...I have a file from my keyboard that I want to open on my PC. The file has an extension of RCM and I cannot find a program that will open it.

I have searched everywhere and most of the websites just tell me it is a 'Technics Keyboard Rhythm Custom File' but they don't say what program I can open it with.

Does anyone have any ideas????
