Hi-Hi, I hope someone can help me, this is kind of annoying...

When I try to uninstall MSN I get the following message:

"This patch could not be opened. Verify that the patch exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that it is a valid Windows Installer patch package."

This comes up when I try uninstalling Yahoo messenger:

"WISE UNINSTALL Could not open INSTALL.LOG file."

Thankies in advance. :tazz:

Hi there,

To uninstall MSN Messenger:

Click the MSN Messenger icon in the taskbar, and then click Exit.
Click the Windows Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
Select MSN Messenger Service from the list and click the Add/Remove button.

I hope this helps :tazz:

Hi, thanks for the reply. :)

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear in my original post [blame my lack of sleep, heh] I did already try add/remove programs and I have just now tried using the uninstall feature in CCleaner. I keep getting the messages I posted previously. :tazz:
