Ok, so after installing new drivers, it still restarted. You were right. I decided I should check to see if my RAM wasn't working right, so took out 2 sticks of ram (I have 3x512mb pc2700 installed) and it ran fine with only one stick installed, no restarts. I then put another stick of ram back in, again no problem so I figured it was a problem with the third stick of ram. To make sure I reinstalled that piece and IT works fine also. The computer doesn't restart anymore. I assume it was a bad connection with one of the pieces of RAM.

Maybe try this? Or maybe I got lucky.

Good Luck,

Yep that sure is worth a try because I really doubt it is a driver issue but again prime would confirm this
