Laptop as a monitor?

Hey everyone. . . Ok heres the laydown, I have a Dell 6000 that I bought for college and being the cheap college student I am, I want to no if it possible to hook up my PS2 to my laptop. Ive done a little research and there are a few PCI cards out there BUT many apparently have delay. Can someone point me in the right direction, or is it just not possible to double my laptop as a PS2 screen . . . Thanks
