I don't see any problems. Looks like a nice rig! :tazz:

You could save a few bucks by going with a cheaper DVD burner, I'm a big fan of Plextor, but they're expensive. You could get an NEC for about $50.

I'd go with 1GB of RAM for a gaming rig, PC3200. Unless you plan to overclock, then you'd want to go faster.

This computer will be a sweet build. The AN8 is a great mobo. The software it comes with is the greatest.

http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820145524

here is the RAM I recommend. I have it and it boots windows in 8 seconds. Great overclocker too.

You're smart for getting an Antec case. You wont have to waste the time I did waiting for your new PSU to arrive after your crappy generic PSU burns up like I did.

Hi there, I like most of the parts you have picked out for your Gaming Rig, but let me give you a tip on that case you have in mind. Don't get one with a door that closes over top of your CD/DVD drives.

I have one like that and I basically just have to leave it open as I am so often switching out a DVD or game CD.

Nice looking cases are cheap these days. The one I bought was $70, came with a 420 Watt power supply, three case fans, and a clear side panel and sexy orange and blue lights. If not for the front cover, while at the time I didn't think was a big deal it would be perfect.

But if you don't burn CD's/DVD's very often, or swap out movies, and game disks several times a day you should be okay. But keep it in mind.

Heck yes. That is a very good card. I would be skeptical though, because it is OEM.

Go for 2x512mb RAM and configure it to dual channel. It is 2x faster than regular 1bg one stick.
