Hello,

I just joined these forums to see if someone could help me out.. my computer is going very slow it was going super fast when i first got it about a month ago... exspecially on games they will lag badly or sort of freeze and stop then unfreeze then freeze again it wasnt doing this before :tazz:

BTW the games that are freezing werent when i first bought it... here are my system specs

Operating System:Windows Me Home Edition
4.6GHZ
512MB
256MB Video Card (Updated Drivers) and DirectX9.0c
T1 Connection

Oh.. and i should mention also when i restore my computer it goes lightning speed for 2-3days then its sort of caught in slow motion or somthing thats best way to describe it i guess :).

umm and some other problems when i push ctrl+alt+del on one game i played it shows its takeing up 99CPU Usage BUT when irestore it the same game only takes about 3-20%..

Hi SirNight33...Welcome to G2G!

In your first post you say you have Win ME installed, However, both logs show you running XP. Do you have your installation cd or recovery set?

Click Start then Run and type eventvwr.msc and click "Ok". In the left pane, click on "Applications" and make note of any red circles in the right pane. Post those errors to this thread. Do the same with "System" selected in the left pane. I need only those errors that occurred right around the times you had the problem.
