(South Africa)
I have recently purchaced Battlefield2. I also run a DSL 512 Internet line for online gaming. The problem is that my ping is on avarage 550 which is to much for most servers and cause alot of lag. I am also running a linex server to filter the Internet and have adjusted the ports access. I have also bypassed the linex box and still no joy. Does anyone have any advice how to reduce my ping or increase DSL 512 performance? Keep in mind that i am in South Africa and Telkom is the only telecommunication company in the whole of South Africa. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you
