Hi everyone, I am dealing with multiple probs here in addition to my malware probs... :tazz:

I am running XP SP1. I was having problems with switching identities as well as OE freezing up. The windows that contained my emails, folder list, and contacts would take on the appearance of my desktop.

I followed the directions on the MS site for OE probs and that seemed to solve the problems.

Well now it's happening again and I am at a loss. If it's related to the malware I can't get rid of, I am ready to strangle whoever started malware to begin with!!!!!

Any help or advice or even just sympathy would be appreciated. Thanks much.
